Tidy and beautiful rooms with all required facilities are accompanied by good service. The hotel has an excellent location, close to Nau Devi Temple. Not far from downtown, about 10 minutes on foot, a bus stop is close to the property.

The rooms are equipped with all the necessary facilities. The staff was helpful and friendly during our stay. The hotel is in a magnificent location, really close to the center of Katra and Vaishno Devi Temple.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel had great cleanliness and wonderful facilities. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. We appreciated the convenient location and easy transportation.
Nothing not too like. However, the noise from the nearby road was a bit bothersome.

The hotel was clean and had spacious common areas, which was a plus. the location was convenient, but some rooms facing the roadside were noisy. the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well-maintained. the breakfast was good and the food tasted great. the staff was friendly and polite.
The service was slow and sometimes staff was impolite, which was disappointing.

The location was excellent as it was within walking distance from the main temple. the food was delicious, fresh and well-cooked. the room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. the beds were comfortable and cozy.
The staff were not very hospitable most of the time, and the room was quite small and cramped. the worst aspect was the slow service with most requests taking longer than expected to be fulfilled.

The food was good and the common areas were clean and spacious. the hotel had a great location near some key attractions which made it easy to get around.
My stay was quite unpleasant due to a number of negative factors. the staff were extremely impolite and provided incorrect information.
